Changes & Cancellations
Activities in any experience may vary or can be cancelled depending on weather conditions or due to events of force majeure with no cost variation.​​

If My Way has to cancel the Experience due to force majeure, we propose the following options:

Participate in the same Group Experience the next year at the same price.

Participate in any Experience without a group anytime between October and the week before Easter. A variation in prices and conditions will be quoted separately but deposits will be credited.

Request a 100% refund of your payment. Refunds will be made only by International bank transfer. We do not refund airfares, re-issuance or extension of visas, airline change fees, or any third-party compensation.

If any delay or changes in your arrival or departure plans into the city of Florence are made without prior notification to us (acknowledged by an email or whats app confirmation from us), we cannot guarantee your ground transportation to your destination.

Partial refunds are not granted for late arrivals, early departures or not attending for whatever reason, any of the activities or meals included in the experience.

No refund will apply in case of trip cancellation by customers. So we strongly recommend to our participants to arrange travel insurance, including trip cancellation or interruption and liability coverage, full cover for their personal belongings, as these are not covered by My Way Experiences.
