Our prices include:

• Taxes

• Materials for Creative Practices

• Entrance fees to museums and churches included in the program

• Transportation to scheduled out-of-town activities

• Food and beverages for social activities of our program (restrictions may apply)

Prices do NOT include:

​

• Airfares, trains or other transportation costs outside the program

• Lodging

• Car parking

• Travel Insurance or medical expenses

• Meals or beverages not included in the program

• Shipments of finished artworks to the countries of origin

• Credit card, payment platforms or bank transfer fees

To reserve your place, it’s necessary to fill out the Registration Form according to the Experience that you are signing to and a 50% advanced payment, depending on the dates of the Experience; the rest must be settled 4 weeks prior to the start date of the Experience.

• Payments must be made in Euros (EUR) at the official exchange rate on the day of the payment.

• Payments can be made by international bank transfer directly to My Way Experiences or PayPal

• Your payment will be confirmed the moment it appears in the Bank account. Expect a written confirmation from us.

• Your place on the Experience will only be guaranteed when full payment is received, which will be acknowledged by email confirmation only.

• Full payments will have priority for booking purposes.

Liability

My Way Experiences will not be liable for:

​

1. Any responsibility in connection with any injury, loss, accident, death, damage, inconvenience or delay which may be caused either by reason of defect or through the acts of default of any company or person engaged in carrying out arrangements of the experience.

2. Any loss, damage or injury resulting from adverse weather conditions, riot, war, strikes, or other matters beyond My Way’s control.

3. Your safety and your companions at all times. My Way takes no responsibility for the safety of guests but will offer any help needed if necessary.

You are responsible for providing the correct information regarding personal details (passport name, address, contact information) and flight information. My Way Experiences will not be responsible for costs incurred due to incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate information.

You must have a valid passport for international travel. Your passport should be valid for at least three months beyond the date you expect to return home. You are responsible for arranging visas or travel permits, if applicable.

My Way Experiences cannot take responsibility for any health inconvenience or accident during the experience. You are responsible for having a Healthcare program that has the proper coverage abroad. You will be asked to give us one emergency contact in case of an emergency who will be contacted if anything should arise. Medical services and facilities are the ones offered by the city of Florence throughout the duration of the experience.

We reserve the right to refuse the application of anyone or expel any participant from the program whose conduct is incompatible with our values or the interest and well-being of other participants or service providers. Any costs associated with dismissal will be covered by the participant.

During the trip in which you are choosing to participate, you are subjecting yourself to certain risks including, but not limited to: forces of nature, travel in remote areas or transportation (automobile or other conveyance). You recognize that such risks may be present at any time during the trip.​

My Way acts only as an intermediary between the owners, contractors, and suppliers providing means of transportation and/or all other related services and assumes no responsibility whatsoever caused for injury, loss, damage or death to a person or property in connection with any service resulting directly or indirectly from: natural acts, detention, annoyance, delays, and expenses arising from quarantine, strike, theft, failure of any means of conveyance to arrive or depart as scheduled, civil disturbance, government restriction or regulation, discrepancies of change of transit or hotel services, over which we have no control.

You understand that if any activity has to be delayed due to weather or road conditions, cancellation of our providers, sickness or other contingencies for which we cannot reasonably anticipate, My Way Experiences will choose other alternatives for the group that are costly similar.

In consideration of, and in part payment of, the right to participate in the trip, you will fully assume all risk of the above hazards and hereby release and discharge My Way Experiences from all actions, claims or demands resulting from your willing participation in the trip.

My Way Experiences cares for our customers' privacy. We will only use photographic materials for promotional and commercial use if you grant us your permission to do so.

Some of our Experiences are completely private; it will be indicated in the Regsitration Form, therefore, no pictures will be published at all unless the traveler wants to tag My Way Experiences.

You should be aware that this is a release of liability and a contract between both parties and that you sign it of your own free will. This agreement shall serve as a release for you, all members of your family, and friends accompanying you.
